A celebration of the chefs' respective backgrounds in southern American and classic French cuisine, this one-of-a-kind collaborative dinner is not to be missed. Erin Barnhart Freelance Recipe Developer and Food Stylist
Erin Barnhart was born and raised in Atlanta and moved to New York City in 2010. She began her career in culinary production working for Martha Stewart Omnimedia and Food Network productions. Erin spent two years cooking on the line at Do or Dine in Brooklyn, New York under Chef Justin Warner, with whom she went on to develop the cookbook “The Laws of Cooking… And How to Break Them”. More recently Erin has Stage Managed live culinary events such as Aspen, SoBe and NYC Wine & Food Festivals. She continues to generate content for the Food Network as well as developing recipes for celebrity chefs from her kitchen in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
Lee Knoeppel Executive Chef
Grew up in the suburbs of New York City with a passion for cooking. Dropped out of high school at the age of 18 to pursue a career in the restaurant industry. Graduated from ICE: The Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan in 2009, and was classically trained in French Cuisine. After successful stints in restaurants in NYC and the Hamptons, including Tom Colicchio’s CraftBar, as well as culinary production work on various Food Network shows, Lee became executive chef at the young age of 24 at the Pridwin Hotel on Shelter Island, NY. Since then, Lee has continued working for the Food Network, and competed as a finalist on ABC’s hit show The Taste with Anthony Bourdain. Lee has started his own compound butter company called Spread Love NYC and at age 30 is currently the Executive Chef of Barcade In New York City, Philadelphia and Connecticut.
